Advantage Auto was recommended by a couple of RV dealerships. They provided a fair estimate on the work and several items needed to completed. After picking it up, a couple of items needed further attention and they completed the follow up. The work was professional and through. The follow up work was done at the cost of Advantage Auto. They kept me updated on all the work that needed to be done and based on the amount of work, returned it in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them for RV repairs. I have gone to Advantage a few times now and I would recommend them to anyone that has any service, repair, or any car issues (like dropping your credit card in between your window and door panel). Everyone there is friendly and kind, especially Eric, and they are upfront with the service they will provide to you. The experience here was amazing from beginning to end. I have never had a shop reach out and thank me for my business or share their concerns about keeping my vehicle running well. Their customer service was sincere and repairs were excellent. I have a 2010 Honda whose engine light came on but was off by the time I got to the shop. This was my first visit but they check my vehicle are if I was a returning customer which I will be. The difference that my car drove I just want to share with the business. To my surprise, they reached out to me wanting to know if their work was acceptable. They made me feel like my business matters.
